Is Exposure To STI And HIV Possible In This Scenario?

Hi. I would like you to assess this situation for possible exposure to any STI including HIV. I went to a massage parlour. During the massage the lady rubbed the head of my penis (I was not wearing a condom) against her nipples 5-10 seconds. To the best of my knowledge there was no discharge (either blood or breast milk) from her nipples but however for obvious reasons I cannot be 100% sure. There was no oral / anal / vaginal penetrative sex at all. Please assess this situation for any STI including HIV. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
The only possibility here--and it would be very, very slight--would be to contract herpes type 2 since that virus can be shed from the skin and potentially a skin-to-skin contact might cause an infection. Certainly there is no chance of contracting HIV, hepatitis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, or trichomonas in your scenario.
