Is Exercising Safe After Recovering From Jaundice?

I had jaundice from last three weeks,on 10th june bilirubin level was 5.2,on 20th its 1.3 after doctor advice.Now im taking proper diet foods.I used to do gym before jaundice...,but now i lost 4 kgs....,so i want to join the gym again after one month.., can i join after one month or after how many day i can join gym? Please give me advice...

Hi,

Your bilirubin level is almost normal as per mentioned in history.
So after one month if clinical improvement than you can join a gym.
Initially for one month, it's advisable not to start heavy weight lifting exercise. Meanwhile, continue to take healthy diet for one month after improvement.
