Hi,

Having blood sugar of 300 is considered high. You should work more to lower your blood glucose at least within acceptable levels.

One important factor that will help you reduce blood glucose is physical activity. So, I encourage you to go on with :
- medications for diabetes as prescribed by your doctor
- healthy diet regimen
- physical activity (gym)

Keep monitoring your blood sugar and record the results for reference.

Hope it helped!
