Is Exercise Not Advisable With An Enlarged Lymph Node?

I have had a large swollen lymph node in the left side of my neck for about a month. It is soft and mobile, dr says most likely a reactive mode and we will watch for a few more weeks. If still there, will do a cat scan. Is it better for me to back off on exercise.
