Is Erythromycin Safe?

i was just prescribe3 erytrhomicin mg. and the caplets has different letters for eg. some has EA in one side and the other side something like G. and other ones just EA in one side and blank the other. Could I trust this medicine or take it back to the parmacy

the way dose and other things are written on cover it looks spurious. so better leave this drug and look for some reputed drug company for erythromycin. otherwise erythromycin is safe drugs in adults with some minor and rare gastroenteric side effects.
