Hello,

Possible causes like spinal headache symptoms will be a possible cause. Generally the symptoms will persist for eight to twelve weeks with conservative management. Drink plenty of water as hydration will help to improve symptoms.

You can also take over the counter analgesics like paracetamol for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
