hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Endometrial thickness of 11 mm. is good enough for implantation of the embryo since pregnancies have been reported in literature with endometrium as thin as 4 mm. So, you need not worry. Just allow your doctors to follow up your pregnancy regularly until viability is established. Take adequate rest, do not stress, eat healthy and take adequate liquids. I suggest abstinence at least through the first trimester in order to avoid pressure effects. Travel also should be avoided. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
