Is Endometrial Thickness Of 9.7 Mm A Cause For Concern?
Hi Doctor, I was detected with pcod 3 years back . My current report says " Endometrial echo is seen in midline and measures 9.7 mm in thickness " I wanted to what is the normal thickness? And i am on risk of catching any cancer ? My age is 28 years. These test were done just 2 days before my periods. I had ovarian volume of 9.9 cc and 13.2 cc
Hi I think you should not worry about cancer. Your endometrial thickness is perfectly fine. It should be more than 8 mm before the periods. So, don't worry about it. Hope it helps.
