Is Elevated Platelet Count During Pregnancy Dangerous?

Hi Dr, Iam 3 montHs pregnant and have had severe morning sickness. I was given phenergren and had a allergic reaction to it, in the er they gave me benedryl and fluids and I was sent home. I recently had my prenatal panel run and my platelet count is at 465, ny dr hasn t mentioned it to me yet, my question is should I be worried about it being high, the normal range says it shouldn t be above 400. Thank you,

It is common to have increased pkatelets during pregnancy due to increased levels of sterouds in pregnancy.
