Is Elevated Liver Enzyme In A Teenager A Cause For Concern?
My son is 15 years old and his liver enzyme is somewhat elevated. His first test was 351 and the second was 311. He also has occasional hives all over his body. His dr wants to test for hepatitis abc and to consult a gastroenterologist. Is this concerning? Is there anything I should do quicker so that it doesn t get worse?? Please advise.
