Thankd for posting in HCM.
Well, one method is not sufficient to say that is reliable in testing HIV.
It is always better to do the test in two different methods and then conclude.
Each of the methods namely electro chemiluminescence or ELISA has some disadvantages.
In both if it negetive, then that result is reliable.
