General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to the anemia, or deficiency of vitamins.
Chest congestion is due to some infection of the chest, and needs to be treated separately.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms iron preparations, B complex, cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
