Is Early Delivery Inevitable For A Woman With Placenta Previa?

Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with complete placenta previa. I haven t had any bleeding so far but concerned with early delivery. I walk almost 1 and half hour daily. Should I stop walking? Would it help to keep me pregnant longer?

Hi I think it is not inevitable to deliver early for all women with placenta previa but chances are more. I think you should stop walking for such long hours. Get a ultrasound done at 32 to 34 weeks to see the placental position. Sometimes it can move upwards. You have to go for a Caesars section if placenta previa is there. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
