Hello
After looking through out the ultrasound report I can say that abnormal bleeding that you have could be attributed to a condition called adenomyosis.
This is a condition that happen when the inner lining of you womb grows in wrong direction toward the womb itself instead of growing toward its cavity.
There are surgical and non surgical treatments for this condition depending on your situation which should be discussed with your gynecologist.
Regards
