Hi,

Yes, it is safe for you.
Duphastone is a synthetic progestin and progesterone is needed to support pregnancy. It makes uterine endometrium thick (for embryo nourishment), makes it receptive for implantation and prevents it's shedding in next menstrual period.
It is an integral part of all IVF and precious pregnancy treatment protocols.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
