General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with frequent itching and dryness around your vagina and clitoris with a 39weeks pregnancy following a negative yeast test I am suggesting you developed a vaginitis

In view of this please please do a high vaginal swab Urine culture and see another gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

Moreover you can try any of the following pending your appointment gynotrosid cream Gynodaktarin nystatin pessaries

I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
