Is Drooping Eye In A Child An Emergency ?

Hi there. My 7 year old daughter had recent high temps with back and leg pains. She was treated for strep but not actually tested for it. At the same time, her left eye reddened and began drooping. Pink eye was going around so she had drops prescribed over the phone for that. She has been on the drops for 4 days. Never had lots of discharge but says it feels like there is something in there. Complains of lots of pain when she bends over or if she touches her face . If it is a sinus issue, wouldn t all the meds help that too? Should the antibiotic drops and oral antibiotics have already helped? In the beginning she complained of seeing green but that has disappeared. We live in a small town where the ER is the only weekend option. Does this sound like something that can wait until Monday? Thank you!
