I am 6 wks pregnant. I met a doctor for a certain unbearable pain in my chest for which she prescribed a certain medicine. People at the drugstore gave another variant of it (- dolo 650) as the prescribed one was not available. Is this safe to take now?

Yes ..it is safe...solo 650 contained paracetamol which is safe pain killer during pregnancy..but I think you should take syrup antacid for chest pain which is most likely due to acidity..
