Hi I am faiza from Canada I am planning for pregnancy and I daily go for work on bus total time of travelling is 40 minute is it safe in first trimax and I am working in a factory as sewing lady Is it safe to work with to much dizziness and weakness and muscle pain

In the first trimester you can do all routine works and can travel in bus.
You can do your job as it does not involve much physical exertion.
You have to take healthy diet and drink plenty of water.
