absolutely. detoxification or withdrawal from a controlled substance or illicit medication/drug can take anywhere from days to weeks. Typically, I tell my patients that they should start to feel noticeably better at about three weeks after the withdrawal process has begun. however, at any time within the first one to two weeks they may feel quite sick with different symptoms. And therefore, the answer to your question is a clear and present "yes."Best of luck to you.
