Is Dizziness And Pain In Ear And Neck While Having High BP And Clotted Arteries Serious?

I have High blood pressure and 2 clotted arteries one in my neck on left side and one going to my kidney in the last week I ve been getting dizzy ,very tired wanting to sleep.now I m waking up with head acks my left ear is hurting and my neck.my heart is beating faster than normal do i need to call my Dr

hi
looks like you have carotid left sided block( carotid stenosis)
this dizziness can be due to this problem
please avoid fast & sudden neck movements, it will hamper the blood circulation to the brain causing more dizziness
now with your heart rate it can be either palpitations, or increased rate due to anxiety
please check out with your cholesterol, sugar, urea & creatinine, electrolytes, thyroid levels
ecg, echocardiography, x-ray / mri c-spine,
please consult your cardiologist & neurologist to get the problems solved
