Is Distorted Vision While Reading, After Undergoing Cataract And Retinal Detachment Surgery, Treatable?
2 questions. I recently had cataract surgery and Then had retinal detachment surgery 1) I m experiencing wavy and distorted vision especially when looking at straight lines or reading sentence -- what is this called and will this improve or is it treatable? 2) images are smaller in the same eye- what is that called and will that improve or is it treatable?
cataract surgery what was the result if it followed by detachment then to be treated separatly retina surgeon should be consulted and it may have to be treated with laser aplication.problems are related to retinal detachment. it will improve with surgery it depends on success of surgery. it is the only way of treatment.
