I am going the day after tomorrow fir 4 weeks but I am on my period which has almost finished and I noticed my nipples are leaking clear/ milky discharge which is a little gooy. If you are on a regular period, chances of being pregnant are very unlikely. Discharge from the nipples is sometimes seen during the later part of the cycle after ovulation. Since your IUD may have reached its expiry date, you are at risk of conception. Please exclude other causes for the nipple discharge with the help of a specialist. You may also get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres if you choose to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
