i have a four years old son and the problem that i have is that he still cant talk, he cant prinounce the words yet . i dont know if its normal must i still give him some time or may be you as a doctor you can give some advise as what to do.

At the age of four years if the child is not talking then it is definitely speech delay. In my opinion you should not wait any longer and get his assessment done by a developmental paediatrician.
He will need speech therapy according to his diagnosis.
