Is Diarrhea Normal During Teething For Infants?

I have a normally healthy and happy 13 month old son. For the past few days he has been coughing, slight runny nose-all clear mucus though, and is obviously getting his eye teeth. Is diarrhea normal with teething at this age. He's already gotten 10 other teeth and he's never had diarrhea or seemed to be in so much pain.
