Is Diarrhea Normal After Gastroscopy Procedure?
I had an emergency gastroscopy three days ago. Is diarrhea common in the healing process, (now eating solid foods) and how long should I wait to return to work?
I am 52 years of age. No medical history worth speaking of. No medications prescribed or other prior to the bleeding ulser and emergency surgery.

If you are still experiencing loose motions then better take semi solid or liquid foods. And yeah diarrhoea is a common issue. Drink fluids. It will come back to normal.
