Is Dermovate Cream Recommended For Acne Scar Treatment?

hello doctors!!
i m a 18 years old girl & i hv lots of acne scars on my facees....espcially beloe my chin area...i dnt hv acne...but dark acne spots...soo cn i use dermovate cream?? is it effective in reducing this spots?? is there any solution for this??? plzz helpp mee...:/

Thanks for writing to us.
Dermovate cream is clobetasol, a very potent steroid cream. It isnt usually recommended for use over face and should always be used under a doctor's guidance and supervision. So for your acne marks, please do not use it. Instead use a kojic acid ( kojic/kojiglow/cosglo)or glycolic acid(glyco a/glycovera) or azelaic acid(aziderm/azac) or tretinoin cream( retino a/nexret/neoret/supatret) to reduce your spots.
