Is Delay In Periods Due To Pregnancy?

My LMP date is 14th Nov 2011, when I did not get my periods, suspecting pregnancy, I went for B-HCG which came out to be 361 on 19th Dec 2011. I bled a little on 20th Dec but had 2 clots - 1 small but the other was big...may be 2 inches long. Post which I was put on susten 200mg. My B-HCG on 21st was 1232. I was given HU-COG (2000 IU) on 21st. On 22nd my B-HCG was 2203. i went for a tranvaginal sscan on 23rd Dec, it revealed a cyctic sac. What does this mean ? Am I pregnant, if so, it not the development of the feotus less than expected.

I have been advised a B-HCG on 24th Dec 2011 and also a scan. I am worried as I had anembroynic feotus the 1st time I conceived.

I need help & advise. Please counsel.
