Is Dafalgon & Dolo 650 Intake For Fever Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi have a 2 and half old months baby ,it's c section for me. Now I have a temperature of 100.5 and feeling chill, is it safe to have my baby near me and to breast feed .is there any chance she may also get my fever, pls clarify. Ad what medicine I can take. Am taking dafalgon 1 g ..is it safe to take dolo 650 as am be precasting her..aa

Finding the cause for your fever is important, and if at all you have an infection then there is a chance your child could get it, but do not worry about that. Having the more with the baby is therapeutic in many ways possible. Both dafalgon and dolo are perfectly safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
