General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
I really appreciate your concern,
I think its purely normal toddler can walk on toes which looks like there is a curvature in legs in most cases
Pulling up to stand and walking holding on to furniture is a motor development expected to occur by 12 months. Motor development expected to occur by 18 months consists of walking alone and walking on tiptoe might be the initial stage and is absolutely reasonable for a child of 15 months age.
If thats not answer your question its better always to consult orthopedician who will physically examine the child and take decision.
Please let me know if you have any questions,
thanks.regards.
