sir i,m having cough for last few months that comes from back nasal part , from last 5 days i am having mild pain back sic side of my head. sir i am habbitual of chewing of tobbaco .& this pain started from last since iam trying to quit tobbaco & cough is also increased

Chronic tobacco use damages respiratory tract which increases chances of developing recurrent respiratory tract and sinus infection. So it is better to stop tobacco use.
