Is Cough With Green And Dark Yellow Phelgm, Slight Fever And Extreme Sore Throat Concerning?

My husband thought he had a cold, but he s coughing a lot with productive granular green and dark yellow kernels. (Apology for the gross descriptions)! In addition, he has had a slight fever and an extremely sore throat. Duration is 10 days now, with the symptoms not getting better. Please advise. Should we head to Urgent Care?

I can understand your concern for your husband.
He seems to be suffering from respiratory tract infection,
He does need to get checked by a doctor for proper examination and further tests since he is also having fever for 10 days.
