Is Continuous Vomiting Symptom Of Pregnancy?
Ok so recently, about 3 weeks ago I was sick with a gastroenteritis I think this is the correct way to say it for a week I was sick mostly white foam and bile. On the second week I was well for few days but allways morning sick, and now on the third week since yesterday I been on going to the bathroom to vomit again all night all day, it makes it hard to eat, also my period is late nearly a month, could I be pregnant and that s what it s making me sick?

Yes there is high possibility of pregnancy. In first trimester of pregnancy vomiting is very common. Morning sickness it is called is considered as a symptom of pregnancy. However you can confirm pregnancy by urine test. If it is positive please visit a doctor for registration and initial assessment, which is very important step.
For current symptoms you don't need to go for medicine if you can manage. These symptoms would be there till 3 months of pregnancy. If it severe you need to visit a doctor. Take smaller meals in 1-2 hour gap. Don't take solid and liquid food items together.
