Is Continuous Peeing After Botox Surgery Common?

I have been taking Enablex for a year and continued with that after after I had bladder Botox surgery two weeks ago. 4/28/14. I understood that the Botox would not take effect for several days; however, the last week the urine has been flowing almost non-stop--changing pads three or four times at night, and every time I rise or move or even walk for a few feet I urinate. I have called my doctor (of course I can t speak to her) and the answering person says to come in to see if I have an infection, Doesn t it sound strange to PEE constantly after that procedure?

Urologist 's  Response
Likely possibility is a urinary tract infection which can sometime happen after botox injection and this can cause urgency of urination. Please see your doctor urgently for urine tests and antibiotics
