Is Continuous Nose Bleeding Related To Heart Conditions?

A 96 years old male has Aorta Valves narrowing for years and had twise heart failer this year. Recentely, he stared to have nose bleeding and had ENT doctors treatmends -- burning the bleeding area -- for more than 4 times. He stopped ASA for more than two weeks. However the bleeding is still not recovered. We just wonder if the nose bleeding related to his heart condition.

in my opinion nose bleeding are due to anticoagulant given after heart surgery to prevent clotting of blood. I would recommend to get INR ratio maintenance at level where it is not harmful for heart as well not leads to bleed anywhere from mucosal site I.e. nose. for that you need to visit some cardiologist nearby. for excessive bleeding, you may require nasal packing and also your blood pressure should remain in normal range.
