Is Constipation Without Dehydration Unusual?

My daughter 2 months old has VSD, Acid Reflux, and an enlarged heart. She has been vomiting alot even an hour or so after she has been feed. Today, had to take her to er due to there were no wet diapers for nearly 12 hrs. WHich is odd she's on Lasiks for help with her heart pumping, usually she has a ton of wet diapers. However she checked out fine no dehydration or anything. And yet she continues to be awful upset and vomiting.
