Hi, Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem. constipation have many causes like can be functional or pathological ... chronic constipation may cause haemorrhoids that can bleed or fissure in anus due to hard stool with large diameter ... ot is not normal n should be treated ... if u were my patient I would like to ask detail history since how much time u having this problem , do detail exam m run some test like S/e Bcs hypokalemia can cause it, r xay abdomen to rule obstruction etc ... after it I ll treat it .. I ll advise u to drink plenty of water avoid junk food take soft n fiber rich food .. take stool softener ... most of tym it is not a big prob n treated easily ...
