Is Complex Cyst With Thick Internal Septation On Ovary Be Malignant?
Just to ease my mine until my scheduled OBGYN doctor’s appointment (next week), can a complex cyst with a thick internal septation on my right ovary measuring approx 2,2 x 1.7 cm would be cancerous. It is always possible it may not. The result was from an ultrasound. My blood test was good. tamm

Presence of Solid components ( Even if it is cystic), thick septations suggest High risk findings which points towards malignancy.
Any mass along with high risk findings are usually indications for surgery.
