General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Depending on your history, the prescription seems to be okay. However, the dosage of anti-diabetic (Glynase-MF and Glycomet) as well as of anti-hypertensive (Met XL AM) will have to be adjusted according to the response. These dosage may have to be increased or decreased as per need. Similarly, dose of Vertin may be reduced and even completely stopped according to the symptoms of vertigo etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
