Is Colon Cancer Related With Constipation And Stomach Pain With Gas?

I was put on Bydurion about three weeks ago. I have been constipated with stomach gas since about a week after starting the medication. I have been taking miralax and now alternate between loose unformed movements and constipation. When I push out a movement it is extremely thin. is this a sign of clolon cancer?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

Don't think immediately about colon canser.
You have stomach pain with irregular bowel movement. May be because of infections of intestine like Cohn 's disease......

Do stool examination test for diagnosis.
Bacterial or viral or parasitic infection may cause this type of problems.

Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
Take care.
Thanks
