Is Cold Water Advisable While On Butalin And Salbutamol?
my child is taking butalin 2mg Salbotamol and Montix (montilukast ) but the doctors are saying he should not drink cold water ,pickle ,spices ,icecream at all specially my child likes cold water and Icecream is it ok if he drinks cold water or Icecream ? thank you

opped you to give cold water or icecream, pickles ,it is not because of the prescription of Butalin and Salbutamol but it is a precautionary attempt which helps to save your child from worseninng his trouble by causing inflammation & pain in throat ,sinuses and causes cough and sneezing while inhaling .
Make your child understand that Gargles with luke warm salty water and drinking it sip by sip leads to early recovery .
