Is Cold Forehead During Teething Serious?

My daughter is 11 months on the 20th. She is teething but other than that shows no signs of sickness. She is just as active as she has always been with normal urine output. However tonight when I put her to sleep she felt cold and clammy on her forehead? What does this mean and should I be worried?
