Is Cold And Itchy Skin A Part Of Allergic Infections?

Happy Ugadi , Hope you are going good ...
I had a Allergy when i was child, at that time i use to suffer with heavy Sneezing and nose problem.
When i reach 20+ years of my age there was no Allergy issues, even in winter also i don't have any kind of issues like heavy Sneezing ext.
Right now i am in USA and there is very cold, and now my skin is itching and become red in some parts of the body.
I hope it is because of the cold and Allergy, please confirm me it is because of Allergy or some thing else

Hi,
thank you so much for wishing me for ugadi.
I would like to suggest you try some anti allergy medications like allegra if you have allergy.
But most of the times it can be of some fungal infections that might be related to body parts like inner thighs ,scrotal region ,underarms, hairy parts of the body etc.
Try to consult a dermatologist if it persists and try to find out the reason.
hope I was of some help.
