Is Clear Sticky Fluids Leaking From Penis STD Symptoms?

Hey Doc! I have been having clear sticky fluids leaking from my penis basically only in the morning time. And sometimes after a night of drinking i wake up in the morning and its almost like i peed myself. I am only 22. What could this be? I have been tested for stds twice now and both came up negative.

thank you for query.it is not clear about the duration,intercourse history,color,other symptoms.it may be normal or due to other causes please consult the doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
