Is Circumcision Needed For Foreskin Covering Head Of Penis?
I am 27 yrs old.. I have query about the foreskin of the penis..when the penis is erect, the foreskin rolls over the head of the penis butdoes not go beyond that as on the below side it is connected with the head of the penis.. should i need a surgery

You are having a phimosis problem according to mentioned history. You can try topical steroid cream to be applied over that. If no help with steroids than circumcision operation needed.
