Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Depending on the phase of the infection, symptoms of HIV can vary. Initially, most people who contract the illness experience common flu-like symptoms that may be hard to distinguish from a more general flu or a gastrointestinal or respiratory infection. This first stage of HIV is known as acute or primary HIV infection.
Primary HIV infection is followed by a chronic or latent phase, that can last up to 10 years. Many people show no symptoms of HIV infection during this entire period.
When the immune system is very weak than opportunistic infections start to appear frequently and this is called AIDS stage.

So there are no specific symptoms of HIV infection.Very recurrent infections there are hard to treat in a person that has had a good health before it is possible to thing of HIV infection.

If you have reason to suspect that you may have been infected with HIV I suggest to consult your doctor and talk with him about getting tested.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
