The possibility is that the
sinusitis is causing you a lot of
cough. Now when you have the cough associated, the respiratory muscles get tired and therefore the pain in the chest may happen and you feel sore.
However if the cough is something that you do not have, I would suggest that you get an
x ray of the chest , if not a
ct scan of the chest. This is to know that there is no serious
chest infection.
Antibiotics may be needed if there is a serious infection.
