Is Chest Pain And Salty Taste In Mouth Due To Head Concussion?

I had a stair master fall on my head two days ago and yesterday developed severe chest sharp pain, dizziness, head ache and exhaustion. I am a fit marathon runner, but the ambulance technician thought I was having a heart attack. I am left with a salt taste in my mouth, blurry vision and head ache. They didn t see any abnormal heart beats but had changes in keg. They sent me home at 1:30 am today. Could the hit in the head cause the chest pain and salty taste? What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, head injury may not cause the symptoms that you have but it can not be taken as granted and better to get done the CT of brain, along with this better to get done the EKG too it is just for safe side it may be co-incidence if found something heart related but head injury might not be the cause hope this information helps.
