Is Chest Pain After Urination Associated With Heart, Blood Pressure?

Whats that pain after peeing? Most of the times (specially summer time) I have a pain in my chest after peeing. The pain is really bad and feels like my heart beeps three times different rythm. Sometimes the same pain comes to my head , back of the head. I need to lay down for a couple of minutes to get back to normality. I am only 24 and smoking a lot.Is the pain associated with blood pressure? heart problem, sexual problems? Please help, I am really scared.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I don’t think pain in the chest is related to your urination. because of your smoking history, I suggest you to consult an cardiologist or physician and get an ECG and treadmill test. First you need to give up your smoking habit. For that you can consult any de-addiction center and they will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Venkat Narayana Badipatla,
General Surgeon
