Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have persistent chest pains but got your lungs checked which came fine. Still the pain is persistent along with profuse sweating. Such symptoms can occur in anxiety disorder but other medical causes should be ruled out first. Hyperthyroidism is one medical cause that can cause similar symptoms. Sweating, chocking sensation in throat, tightness of chest, chest pains etc are common symptoms and these mimic anxiety. Once thyroid conditions are ruled out then we are left with anxiety as diagnosis of your symptoms.

Visit a psychiatrist for help. Somatisation disorder, panic, anxiety are possibilities. Medicines like SNRIs as Duloxetine, Venlafaxine etc can be used for such pain conditions. For symptomatic relief low dose benzodiazepines can help. Please consult a psychiatrist for prescription. Family history of cancer, heart conditions, stroke etc is further aggravating your anxiety.

Thanks, Hope this helps you.

Take care
